This product is the testing fee only and is only for customers who have already purchased a Pyramid tick testing kit and have a unique ID inside their kit.

We have now stopped supplying new tick testing kits and are no longer accepting new tick testing customers through this service. This testing fee remains available only so that customers who already have a kit can still complete their test.

If you already have one of our tick testing kits, your test can still be redeemed in the same way as before. Please use the unique ID inside your kit when purchasing the testing fee, then return your tick sample to us following the instructions provided with your kit. Existing kits will continue to be processed as normal, with the same advertised turnaround time once the sample has been received by the laboratory.

We know how important tick testing can be, and we are currently exploring a new approach to help keep tick testing accessible and straightforward for the general public. Please do not purchase this product unless you already have a Pyramid tick testing kit with a unique ID. If you purchase this testing fee by mistake and do not have a kit, we will not be able to supply a kit or process a new test, and your order will need to be refunded.

This is the testing charge that accompanies the Lyme Disease Test Kit.  If you have purchased the kit and subsequently find a tick, this charge must be paid before the tick is tested by our laboratory.  It is recommended that payment of the testing fee is made immediately prior to the dispatch of the tick.

Instructions:

1. Enter the unique code from the test tube label into the box at the top right of this page.  Please make sure that this information is entered correctly as incorrect submissions will slow down the testing process.
2. Please ensure that the name, e mail address and phone number used for this order are the same as the information entered on to the test tube label.
3. Complete the check out process and dispatch your tick for testing.
4. Results will be sent by e mail using a secure PDF attachment.
