We have made the decision to stop supplying our current tick testing kits and are no longer accepting new tick testing customers through this service.

We know how important tick testing can be for people who spend time outdoors, and we remain committed to helping make tick testing as accessible and straightforward as possible for the general public. We are currently exploring a new approach that would allow customers to access testing more directly through a laboratory, while still making the process simple and easy to follow.

In the meantime, customers looking for tick testing may wish to contact Laboklin directly, who offer tick PCR testing. If you have already purchased one of our tick testing kits, you can still redeem your test in the same way as before. Please purchase the testing fee using the unique ID inside your kit, then return your tick sample to us using the instructions provided. Existing kits will continue to be processed as normal, with the same advertised turnaround time once the sample has been received by the laboratory.

Please do not purchase the testing fee unless you already have a Pyramid tick testing kit with a unique ID inside.
