Pyramid Hand Gel is an alcohol free medical grade hand sanitiser, which kills a wide range of bacteria, viruses, yeasts and spores without the need for water. Not alcohol based, and will not dry the skin or cause chafing and skin irritation, which can be associated with regular use of gel with a high alcohol content.
Effective within 60 seconds, and independently tested to the European standards listed below:

- EN1500 | Equivalent or better protection than alcohol hand rub in a clinical environment
In independent tests, Pyramid Hand Gel was proven to be biocidally active on skin for up to 8 hours. Two hours after application, 99.99% of newly encountered bacteria were killed. By contrast, alcohol based hand gels provide minimal residual protection from bacterial contamination.
The alcohol free composition of our gel means that it may feel slightly sticky when first applied. This sensation is momentary and the gel dries as it is absorbed into the skin, leaving no residual stickiness.
